Don’t forget to VOTE on Tuesday, November 5. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Most Cotuit residents are in Precinct 7 and vote at Freedom Hall, 976 Main Street, Cotuit. Villagers in Precinct 5 vote at Osterville Fire Station, 999 Main Street, Osterville. Precinct 12 votes at 7th Day Adventist Community Building, 2736 Falmouth Rd, Marstons Mills. If you aren’t sure where you vote, call the Town Clerk’s office at 508-862-4044.
Please welcome the new CSCA officers, who were voted in at the executive board meeting in October: Phillip Odence, Secretary; Natalie Spence, Treasurer; and Carol Zais, Interim President. In a couple of new twists this year, the Vice President slot will rotate, and members of the board will take turns guest-writing this column throughout the next year.
Save the date: Christmas in Cotuit is slated for Saturday, December 7. Santa will arrive at Town Dock at 3:45 p.m., followed by the tree lighting in Memorial Park. We are busy gathering information on all the village activity planned for that day and will post it in the December issue of Cotuit Currents and on our website, cotuitcivicassociation.org.
