The presentation outlines three potential paths forward for the former Cotuit Elementary School property:
- Option 1: Demolition – Estimated project cost: $1.8 million
- Option 2: Community Center – Estimated project cost: $14.2 million
- Option 3: Recreation Center – Estimated project cost: $11.1 million
This issue is expected to appear as a warrant article at the upcoming Annual District Meeting on Wednesday, May 28 at 7:30 PM at the Cotuit Federated Church.
